Established in 2017, SIG team currently unites over a 100 of in-house international experts with a broad and proven experience in diverse areas of the solar energy business, particularly in the project development, financial structuring, legal, and EPCm. The team holds a track record of 132MW PV projects development, construction and commissioning.
Founder of SIG, working in the solar sector since 2007. Deividas is in charge of overseeing overall company progress and maintaining accelerated growth. His main focus is on investment product creation, where the detailed understanding of project risks and the needs of investors are fundamental.
In the solar business since 2014, Andrius is responsible for the business development, operational setup, and optimisation of internal business processes at SIG. He holds a track record of managing the €30 million business of a Fortune 100 company and has graduated from Aarhus University with an MSc in Engineering.
Krzysztof has bold experience in managerial positions in the energy industry working at reputable companies operating on the Polish and foreign markets. For years, he has been associated with the area of renewable energy sources and energy efficiency improvement, specializing primarily in advanced formulas for projects implementation such as PPA and ESCO.
Graduate of Warsaw School Economics Andrzej and has over 10 years of experience within the finance area. Prior to SIG, Andrzej worked at Big 4 companies as well as brokerage houses and leading boutique advisory firms where he brought to life numerous projects in the filed of corporate finance advisory. At SIG he is responsible for managing all strategic financial matters within the company.
Psychologist by education, Milosz has a bold experience in people operations with a strong background in HR consultancy. His client portfolio ranges from international corporations, Big 4 companies to software houses and start-ups. Previously to SIG, Milosz was responsible for the APAC/MENA/USA CEE regions. Now he leads people operations in Central Europe and the Baltics focusing on HR strategy and development in business and company culture.
Sabina holds a Msc degree in Engineering and has a strong engineering background in managing large portfolios of utility scale PV projects. Prior to Sun Investment Group, Sabina specialized in M&A, development and technical advisory. At SIG, her main focus is on processes of construction of PV farms while also managing SIG’s biggest solar projects and projects acquisition.
With over 13 years of experience in the PV sector and extensive knowledge of the Italian market, Giuseppe managed start up and business area reorganisation of Italian PV companies on behalf of international operators (Chinese, Indian, French, US). His focus was on defining strategies and processes, selecting and managing advisors, maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders. At SIG, he is in charge of the entire chain of PV utility scale system project development in Italy: from initial origination phase to obtaining authorization permits and construction management with the selected EPC partners.
